Functional scope of Webmecanik

Email Marketing & Landing pages

Webmecanik provides you with a super intuitive email builder that allows you to build powerful emails with drag and drop, from a library of templates or by creating attractive designs.

The tool is fluid and allows you to integrate dynamic content for personalised emails as well as to test the configurations that give the highest opening rates via the A/B testing functionality. To optimise your deliverability, Webmecanik is associated with Mailjet, which takes care of the routing of your emails.

Based on the same “WYSIWYG” principle, Webmecanik offers a tool for creating effective, conversion-optimised landing pages to be integrated into your acquisition scenarios. You can also A/B test your landing pages to consider different options and strengthen your lead generation.

Add forms to your landing pages to identify anonymous visitors and integrate them into your lead nurturing scenarios. The editor is easy to use and allows you to implement features that facilitate data collection such as automated field filling and social login.

Once the data has been collected, it is then time to automatically trigger actions to move leads through your conversion funnel.

This is one of the great strengths of Webmecanik and as we are very happy and proud to present a French tool that offers a powerful automation engine, we will take the time to describe it in detail.

The scenario editor

Like the email builder, the drag and drop scenario editor is intuitive and easy to use. As you can see from the example below, Webmecanik makes it easy to edit worfklows by offering you a wide choice of triggers that allow you to trigger the right actions, to the right leads, through the right channel (more on this in a few lines).

The tool takes an “educational” approach and explains what the different possible fields are:

  • Decision – Reaction of your leads to your campaigns
  • Action – Automatic execution of a task by Mautic
  • Condition – Adapt actions according to the behaviour of your leads

Everything is done to allow you to build and personalise your campaigns as simply as possible, by adapting the actions linked to contacts according to their profile and behaviour.

Available channels

Another important asset of the tool is the large number of channels at your disposal to get closer to your prospects: emails, pop-ins, web notifications, SMS and some possible actions via.

The pop-in system allows you to interact with your website visitors when they are about to leave your landing page. It is also possible to do retargeting by changing these on-site notifications into web and/or mobile notifications.

On Twitter, Webmecanik allows you to extract contacts who use the hashtags and mentions you follow. The automation then allows you to launch campaigns with these new leads: send a tweet to these new prospects by pushing them adapted content for example.

Last but not least, the segmentation engine . Webmecanik offers a very nice segmentation and lead scoring tool!

The French platform allows you to easily divide your contacts into segments that make sense for your business sector. This segmentation is automated on the basis of numerous predefined criteria within the tool. You can, of course, customise these criteria to make them more relevant.

You have all the tools you need to understand the reach of your actions, analyse the reactions of your customers and prospects, and then improve your future campaigns to maximise your ROI.

Webmecanik’s rates

In terms of pricing, Webmecanik charges according to the size of your database, which means you can send an unlimited number of emails.

The marketing automation tool has two offerings:

  • Enterprise – From €400/month for 10,000 contacts. This formula corresponds to an annual commitment and includes all the features mentioned in our article. To give you an idea, for 100,000 contacts, the price will be 1370€, if your database is larger, you should contact the sales department.
  • Reseller – From €500/month, this plan is mainly aimed at agencies and provides for 3 customer accounts, the pooling of contacts and 1 dedicated account manager.
