It\u2019s perfectly normal (and even quite good) to ask questions to your subscribers on a regular basis, and to requalify and better segment your <a title=\"contact database\" href=\"\/en\/automation\/enriching-the-contact-base-uses\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"218\">contact base<\/a> in continuity.<br \/>\nHowever, it is difficult to consider that the welcome email is the right time. It\u2019s a bit strange, either you ask questions at registration, or you ask them later.
