If you have an online store, Omnisend is an excellent choice. It integrates seamlessly with all popular e-commerce platforms and the email editor includes unique features such as scratch cards, gift boxes and the &#8220;Product Picker&#8221; feature. It allows you to choose a product from your store and automatically insert it in your newsletter.<\/li>\n<li>The interface and the ease of use of the software: all the users speak about it, and we agree. The tool is super intuitive, it&#8217;s well put together, and everything is done to simplify the user experience as much as possible.<\/li>\n<li>The available channels allow you to go quite far, even if they are very e-commerce oriented. Omnisend allows to exploit 5 channels: email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and retargeting on Google and Facebook. It&#8217;s a very e-commerce oriented channel-mix but it allows you to go very far in marketing automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"the-disadvantages-of-omnisend\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"the-disadvantages-of-omnisend\"><\/span><b>The disadvantages of Omnisend<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"points-faibles\">\n<li>The tool is still quite new. The software was born in 2014 under the name Soundest and exploded from 2018 &#8211; 2019, especially with a particularly successful <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shopify.com\/\" target=\"_blank;\" rel=\"noopener\">Shopify<\/a> integration. The disadvantage is that the product is still evolving a lot, and some users are sometimes a little disappointed with the updates and the lack of communication on these new features, especially in terms of prices which sometimes increase a lot from one year to the next.<\/li>\n<li>The other disadvantage of such a young solution is its reputation and its ability to fight against SPAM. The deliverability tests are not worth much, but overall we are not very surprised to read that some users had problems to deliver on such a young platform.<\/li>\n<li>The e-commerce angle is clearly assumed and that&#8217;s fine, but the solution is not very versatile. When we know that more and more e-retailers are turning to subscription as a growth lever, it calls into question the old-school product vision that over-values last-click conversions as in the early days of e-commerce, rather than first-click LTVs. Even <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/analytics.google.com\/analytics\/web\/provision\/#\/provision\" target=\"_blank;\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Analytics<\/a> has made the shift with <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/10089681?hl=fr\" target=\"_blank;\" rel=\"noopener\">GA4<\/a>, and we haven&#8217;t seen the shift at Omnisend (yet?).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"omnisend-ideal-for-e-commerce-pure-players-on-shopify\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"omnisend-ideal-for-e-commerce-pure-players-on-shopify\"><\/span><b>Omnisend: ideal for e-commerce pure-players on Shopify<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Omnisend is hyper efficient and clearly deserves a place on your shortlist if you are looking to equip a 100% online merchant on recent solutions like <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shopify.com\/\" target=\"_blank;\" rel=\"noopener\">Shopify<\/a> or <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bigcommerce.com\/\" target=\"_blank;\" rel=\"noopener\">BigCommerce<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, if you go outside this framework, Omnisend lacks a bit of flexibility, integrations with more traditional CMS, with the main CRMs on the market or even with analytics tools are much less successful.<\/p>\n<p>More established and generalist emailing software like <a class=\"internal\" href=\"https:\/\/salesdorado.com\/en\/automation\/sendinblue-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sendinblue<\/a>, <a class=\"internal\" href=\"https:\/\/salesdorado.com\/en\/b2b-marketing\/marketing-automation-software\/notice-activecampaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ActiveCampaign<\/a>, and even <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.klaviyo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Klaviyo<\/a> or <a class=\"internal\" href=\"https:\/\/salesdorado.com\/en\/crm\/crm-software\/hubspot-crm-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hubspot<\/a> (heavier though) will be much easier to use.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"omnisends-functional-scope-e-commerce-as-a-priority\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"omnisends-functional-scope-e-commerce-as-a-priority\"><\/span><b>Omnisend&#8217;s functional scope: e-commerce as a priority<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"send-email-marketing-campaigns\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"send-email-marketing-campaigns\"><\/span><b>Send email marketing campaigns<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The email editor is a very easy to use tool with many customization options.
