Um cliente muito satisfeito o dir\u00e1 prontamente, e um cliente muito insatisfeito o dir\u00e1 ainda mais prontamente. Mas como voc\u00ea mede a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o da maioria dos clientes?<\/p>\n<p>Para medir a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente \u00e9 preciso medir, e isso requer intera\u00e7\u00e3o com o cliente.
