Founded in 2022, the Anybiz.io platform offers AI sales agents capable of managing the entire prospecting cycle: lead generation, making contact (email, LinkedIn and even phone calls), follow-up, setting appointments. In short, nothing less than the automation of a large part of the outbound sales process.

We weren’t able to test the tool directly, but we did benefit from a full demo and took the time to analyze user feedback in detail to form a solid opinion of Anybiz.io. The verdict is in: Anybiz.io delivers on its promise. The tool is truly impressive.

On the other hand, it’s a premium solution, as impressive as it is expensive, designed above all for mature organizations and already-structured sales teams. Monthly rates are in the 3-figure range, and can easily reach 4 figures.

How Anybiz.io works in 3 minutes

Anybiz.io doesn’t just automate prospecting campaigns, it builds and pilots a real AI sales agent for you, working around the clock.

The principle is simple: you define the strategy, the AI executes everything else, from lead generation to appointment setting, including sending emails, LinkedIn messages and even automated phone calls.

Right from the onboarding stage, the platform guides you step by step. You connect your LinkedIn profile, indicate your role and your company website. Based on this information, AI analyzes your business, your products and your positioning to automatically write your offer descriptions, your points of differentiation and your sales arguments. All you have to do is check, adjust and validate.

You are then invited to define your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). Anybiz asks you to specify your existing customers, your target personas and their typical roles (CEO, CMO, Head of Sales, etc.). The AI then deduces an ideal audience profile and begins to enrich your prospecting database.

You can also manually add your own criteria: location, company size, sector, technologies used, or recently financed companies.

Once your agent is set up, Anybiz automatically deploys your prospecting infrastructure: domain creation and warm-up, mailbox configuration, follow-up and notification settings. You can receive alerts as soon as a prospect responds, an AI doesn’t know what to say, or an opportunity seems ripe.

One of the platform’s strong points is its AI message editor. You can consult, modify or let the AI generate complete messages according to the type of interaction (intro email, follow-up, LinkedIn message). Each message is personalized along two axes: your offer and the targeted persona. The AI retrieves public information about the prospect (position, news, LinkedIn publications, etc.) to create a credible, contextualized message in the right tone (professional, casual or inspiring, depending on your choices).

The level of control remains high: you can add your own instructions, exclude certain words, impose a sentence structure or tone. If a prospect asks a specific question (about price, for example), you decide whether the AI should answer on its own or notify you to take over. If necessary, an alert is sent to you by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

On the management side, the platform offers a complete view of your exchanges. The Inbox tab allows you to track all active conversations: messages sent, replies, automatic reminders and appointment bookings. You can view the details of each contact, their company, their position, the actions taken by the AI and the complete history of interactions.

Anybiz goes even further, tracking visitors to your website: a simple code to insert into your pages identifies the companies that visit your site and adds them directly to your prospecting sequences.

What’s striking is the depth of the system: the platform takes care of everything, right down to qualification and follow-up. The AI learns continuously, refining messages according to feedback and optimizing the timing of follow-ups. The more you use it, the better it becomes.

And for those who don’t want a 100% autonomous approach, Anybiz also allows you to work in semi-automated mode: you retain control over sending and personalization, while taking advantage of AI generation and technical management (domains, sending, tracking).

In short, Anybiz.io is a true digital SDR capable of managing hundreds of interactions in parallel, a prospecting machine that combines AI, data and automation in a single interface.

What Anybiz.io does really well

  • Truly autonomous automation. Where most tools are limited to automating mailings or follow-ups, Anybiz goes much further. The AI agent manages the entire prospecting cycle: identification, contact, follow-up, qualification and even appointment setting. All without human intervention. And it works: user feedback confirms response and conversion rates well above average.
  • Really powerful artificial intelligence. It’s clear that the Anybiz AI engine has been trained on real B2B prospecting cases. The messages generated are coherent, personalized and credible. The AI takes into account the context, the sector, the prospect’s position and the chosen communication tone. It’s not a simple “ChatGPT for Sales”, it’s a system that learns continuously and adapts its strategy to the performance observed.
  • A complete multi-channel approach. Email, LinkedIn, telephone: Anybiz covers all contact channels, which is rare. The agent automatically selects the right channel and the right time to contact the prospect. This ability to alternate contact points according to the signals captured significantly improves the conversion rate.
  • Turnkey infrastructure. The tool doesn’t just send messages: it also manages the often tedious technical side of prospecting: domain creation and warm-up, mailbox settings, deliverability tracking, visitor tracking, DNC list management. Everything is integrated, which saves teams a considerable amount of time.
  • Real human support. Despite the “autonomous” positioning, implementation is not done in a vacuum. The Anybiz team is on hand to support new users and help calibrate AI agents according to each company’s objectives.

The limits of Anybiz.io

  • High rates. Anybiz.io clearly targets the top end of the market. Prices start at around €500 per month and often exceed €1,000, depending on volume and features. At this price, the tool is not accessible to all companies, especially startups or SMEs with limited budgets.
  • A dense and sometimes unintuitive interface. The tool is comprehensive, but this is reflected in the user experience. The first steps can be confusing, especially when initially configuring personas and offers. An overhaul of the UX would make navigation smoother, especially for non-technophiles.
  • Configuration work is essential from the outset. Even if everything is no-code, you still need to spend time getting the KPIs, messages and sequences right. This is the price you have to pay for quality results, but it requires a considerable initial investment.
  • An autonomy that can be frightening. The idea of letting an AI handle commercial exchanges on its own is not always reassuring. Even if the tool makes it possible to switch back to “semi-automated” mode, you have to accept delegating a significant part of the customer relationship to a machine.
  • Minor technical hitches. Some users report minor bugs, occasional slowness or inaccuracies in the database. Nothing prohibitive, but at this price level, we expect perfect stability.

Anybiz.io is clearly aimed at mature sales teams or agencies looking for scalability. Prices are not public, as the solution works on a quote basis, but the entry ticket is around €500 per month, with offers that can climb well over a thousand euros depending on the volume of leads, channels activated and support options.

Verdict

Anybiz.io is one of the tools that mark a turning point in B2B prospecting. What most companies still try to automate with a combination of software, connectors and manual sequences, the platform does in one fell swoop…and often better.

It’s clear that the technology has taken a step forward: Anybiz’s AI agent is no longer an assistant, it’s a genuine virtual collaborator. It can prospect, follow-up, engage in conversation and make appointments, all without continuous supervision. For sales teams that are already well structured, the time and productivity savings are considerable.

But this power comes at a price. The entry ticket is still high, and the tool requires a serious configuration phase in order to perform at its best. Small structures or freelancers will undoubtedly find the price too high.

On the other hand, for a B2B team managing hundreds or thousands of leads a month, Anybiz.io represents a foretaste of the future of prospecting: an AI capable of generating, managing and converting leads completely autonomously.
