Email signature management is often the poor relation of B2B marketing. Either you tinker with your own inconsistent signatures, or you pay €3 to €5 per user per month for an enterprise solution that’s hard to justify for “just signatures”.
Signitic breaks this pattern. This French solution offers a €1/user/month rate with all functionalities included. All hosted in France, RGPD compliant, with responsive customer support based in France.
Too good to be true? We put it to the test to see if the value for money really does live up to its promise.
Sommaire
Our opinion of Signitic in a nutshell
| Perimeter | Score | Our opinion |
|---|---|---|
| Overall rating | 4,5 | Signitic is the ideal solution for SMEs who want to professionalize their email signatures without an enterprise budget. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable, and the marketing-first approach is convincing. |
| Ease of use | 4,5 | Modern, intuitive interface, quick to learn. Some advanced options take a little time to master, but nothing to get bogged down in. |
| Marketing features | 4,5 | Signitic offers everything you need to turn the signature into a marketing channel: schedulable banners, A/B testing, segmentation by department, native Canva integration. |
| Integrations | 4,4 | Native Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, CRM integrations (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot), HRIS synchronization (Lucca). Solid, even if Outlook deployment may take some time. |
| Customer support | 4,6 | This is THE strong point. Ultra-reactive French support that resolves problems quickly. A nice change from offshore support. |
| Value for money | 4,8 | 1€/user/month with everything included, that’s 3 to 5 times cheaper than the competition (Exclaimer, Letsignit). It’s hard to beat that. |

Pros & Cons of Signitic
- The price that breaks the market: €1/user/month with all functionalities included (banners, campaigns, analytics, Canva…). Where Exclaimer or Letsignit charge 3 to 5€, Signitic divides the bill by 3 or 4. For a company of 100 people, that’s €1,200/year instead of €4,000-5,000.
- Native Canva integration = a real plus: marketing teams can create their banners directly in Canva without leaving Signitic. This makes for a much smoother creative workflow. No need to export/import visuals for each modification.
- French customer support that really responds: we haven’t personally tested this, but it’s the point most mentioned in user reviews. Support is based in France, responsive (often within a few hours) and understands business issues. It’s a change from offshore support, where you have to repeat your problem three times.
- 100% European, 100% compliant: data hosting in France, ISO 27001/27018 certifications, native RGPD compliance, official Microsoft and Google partnerships. For regulated sectors (finance, healthcare, legal), this is an argument that carries weight.
- Signature as a marketing channel: Signitic doesn’t just sell an IT tool, it’s a genuine marketing platform. The company claims an average ROI of 3,600% (€36 generated for €1 invested).
- Mobile compatibility remains limited: Signitic is not yet compatible with Outlook on iOS and Android. If your teams send a lot of email from their smartphones, this is a real limitation. Evolution is planned, but not yet here.
- Microsoft deployment can be slow: once configured in Signitic, the Outlook Add-in can take 6 to 72 hours to propagate to all workstations. This is a Microsoft limitation, not a Signitic one, but it can be frustrating at launch.
- Annual payment only: no monthly option and payment only by SEPA or credit card (no bank transfer). This may block some institutional structures or those who prefer to test over a few months.
- Lots of options = learning curve: the interface is intuitive for the basics, but exploiting all the features (advanced segmentation, multi-entity, synchronization rules) takes a little time. Allow a few hours to master the tool thoroughly.

Signitic’s key features
Signature creation and deployment
This is the heart of this email signature management tool. Signitic features a drag-and-drop editor accessible to non-technical users: you drag and drop blocks (text, images, social networks, buttons) to build your signature.

A library of templates is available for starting from a solid base:

The real value lies in synchronization with your directories. You can connect Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your HRIS (Lucca, LumApps) and Signitic automatically retrieves your employees’ details: name, position, telephone number, department. If someone changes position or number, their signature is automatically updated.

Deployment is centralized, with the admin deploying signatures for the entire organization or specific groups, without touching individual workstations. Employees see their signature appear in Outlook or Gmail without having to install anything.

Marketing campaigns and banners
This is where Signitic differentiates itself from pure IT solutions. Each signature can include a clickable banner, and these banners can be managed like real marketing campaigns.

- Time planning. You can program your banners in advance with start and end dates. It’s practical, for example, to relay an event, a limited offer or end-of-year greetings without the risk of forgetting to remove the banner afterwards.
- Segmentation by department. The “We’re recruiting” banner is displayed on HR signatures, the product promo on sales signatures, the link to support on technical signatures. Each department carries the right message.
- Native Canva integration. This is the key differentiator. You can create your banners directly in Canva from the Signitic interface, no need to export/import. Your marketing teams keep their creative habits.
- A/B testing. Finally, you can test several versions of a banner to see which generates the most clicks.

Canva integration really is the little extra that makes all the difference on a daily basis. Marketing teams can iterate quickly on visuals without relying on IT or a complicated export process.
Analytics and ROI measurement
Signitic offers a tracking dashboard with essential metrics: number of clicks on banners, click-through rate (CTR), performance by campaign and by department.

The system automatically adds UTM tags to the links, enabling you to track signature-generated traffic directly in Google Analytics. This enables you to attribute conversions to the “email signature” channel and calculate a real ROI.
The company claims an average ROI of 3,600%…to be taken with a grain of salt, but the idea is there: every email sent becomes an opportunity for free visibility.
Signitic offers a free 30-day trial without credit card and a free version for up to 19 users for smaller structures.
Digital business cards
Signitic also generates digital business cards (vCard) with QR code. The recipient scans the code from the signature and adds the contact directly to his or her phone.

This can be useful for sales teams on the road or at trade shows. It’s a modern alternative to paper cards (most of which end up in the garbage can).

Signitic Vs Letsignit, Boost My Mail, HubSpot
Signitic vs. Letsignit
Letsignit is the direct competitor on the French market, with a more premium positioning.
Letsignit has a head start with very large accounts, thanks to its advanced email routing functionalities and a long history in the market. On the price front, Signitic is considerably more aggressive.

Signitic vs. Boost My Mail
Boost My Mail is another French solution (based in Nantes), with similar features: banners, campaigns, Canva integration, directory synchronization. Prices are not publicly available.

The main difference is that, at last count, Boost My Mail requires a minimum of 25 users for access to the paid plans, whereas Signitic requires a minimum of 5 licenses. For smaller organizations, Signitic is therefore more accessible.
Signitic vs. HubSpot Email Signature Generator
HubSpot’s signature generator is a 100% free tool for creating an individual signature, not a team management solution. You choose a template from the few on offer, fill in your details and copy and paste the signature into Gmail or Outlook.

It’s perfect for freelancers or small businesses who want a clean signature without paying, but there’s no centralized management, no marketing banners, no automatic synchronization, no analytics. If you have more than 5 employees and want to harmonize signatures, HubSpot just won’t cut it. That’s where Signitic comes in.
For a freelancer or a very small company with less than 5 employees, the HubSpot generator does the job for free. Beyond that, Signitic offers the best value for money on the French market: €1/user/month with full functionality, with no prohibitive minimum. Letsignit remains relevant for large accounts with very specific needs.
