Bitrix24 is one of those suites that aims to bring everything together in one place: CRM, project management, internal communications, customer support, marketing, ecommerce, HR… This approach is particularly appealing to businesses. We’re thinking in particular of SMEs and SMIs who are tired of juggling 5 to 10 tools, and would like to centralize both their tools and their data.
The generous free plan, the fixed-tier pricing and the existence of an on-premise version for those who want to keep control of their data make this a solution worth considering. The interface is modern and well thought-out, even if the great richness and diversity of the modules means you need to clearly define what you want to activate to get the most out of the tool.
In this review, we look in detail at Bitrix24’s strengths and limitations, its main features, customer service, integrations and pricing, to help you see if the tool can find its place in your organization.

Sommaire
Our opinion about Bitrix24 in a nutshell
Perimeter | Score | My opinion |
---|---|---|
Overall rating | 4,4 | Bitrix24 impresses with its functional breadth and excellent value for money. The functional richness of the solution is not easy to tame at first: you can get lost in the maze of modules and functionalities if you don’t have a clear idea of the scope you want to activate. |
Functional scope | 4,7 | CRM, sales pipeline, project management, internal communications, contact center, automation, AI, ecommerce, HR… Few “all-in-one” suites cover so many use cases. For an SME that wants to centralize everything, it’s hard to find a broader range. |
Easy to handle | 3,9 | The interface is modern and intuitive, with real coherence between the modules. That said, because it’s complete and dense, the software requires a minimum of framing to avoid spreading yourself too thinly and make full use of all its functionalities. |
Deployment & installation | 4,2 | In the cloud, activation is immediate. The heavier on-premise version offers access to the source code and complete control over the data. |
Customer service & support | 3,7 | Online resources are rich and the community active, but direct support depends very much on the plan chosen. In practice, serious deployments almost always involve certified partners. |
Integrations & Marketplace | 4,2 | The marketplace boasts over 600 applications, and the REST API opens many doors. Not all connectors are equal, however, and some advanced uses rely on third-party paid apps. |
Safety & compliance | 4,6 | European accounts are hosted in Germany, with a clear DPA and RGPD documentation. The on-premise option further enhances data control. |
Automation & AI | 4,1 | The automation engine is complete and covers all common cases (workflows, reminders, notifications). The AI bricks are still in their infancy, but show a willingness to move forward (call summaries, follow-up suggestions). |
Value for money | 4,8 | Generous free plan and pricing in fixed tiers (€49, €99, €199, etc.) applied to the whole company, not per user. This is a particularity of Bitrix24: for an SME of 30 to 50 people, the comparison with the addition of several specialized SaaS is almost always in Bitrix24’s favor. |
The main advantages & disadvantages of Bitrix24
- An extremely broad functional scope: CRM, project management, internal communications, telephony, automation, AI… All in a modern, coherent interface.
- Pricing based on fixed levels (5, 50, 100 users, etc.) breaks with the classic “price per seat” logic, making the tool highly competitive for growing SMEs and SMBs.
- A generous free plan with unlimited users and 5 GB of storage, enough to seriously test the tool before committing yourself.
- The possibility of deployment in the cloud (quick to set up) or on-premise with access to the source code, rare at this price level and reassuring for sensitive organizations (healthcare, public sector, finance).
- Data localization in Europe (hosting in Germany) and clear RGPD documentation, making it a credible option for compliance-conscious structures.
- Functional density can quickly turn into dispersion if you want to activate everything at once: a solid framework is essential to avoid losing teams.
- Direct support remains limited on entry-level plans, often forcing us to turn to the knowledge base or to partners for more complex deployments.
- The marketplace is provided, but not all integrations are at the same level. Some strategic bricks require third-party applications to be paid for, which can generate additional costs and dependency.
- The tool is powerful and modern, but it’s not “plug & play”: adoption requires time and, ideally, a project manager or certified partner to set it up properly.
Bitrix24’s main features
Bitrix24 stands out for the breadth of its scope. Bitrix is not just a classic CRM: the tool also includes sales management, marketing, customer service, internal collaboration, site creation and automation. Let’s take a look at the main building blocks to understand what the tool really enables.
CRM and contact management
Bitrix24’s CRM is the heart of the system. It centralizes all prospects, customers and opportunities in a single database. Each contact record aggregates essential information (contact details, exchange history, documents, multi-channel interactions) and enables a clear trace of the customer journey to be kept.
The sales pipeline is managed via a Kanban interface where deals are moved from one stage to the next. It’s easy to understand, even for a team unfamiliar with CRM tools. Managers can visualize overall progress, identify bottlenecks and adjust the workload.
Bitrix24 also offers segmentation tools and basic scoring. Contacts can be filtered by demographic criteria, activity or origin, and targeted reminders or campaigns can be triggered. The tool remains less advanced than CRMs specialized in predictive scoring, but it amply covers the needs of an SME that wants to structure its prospecting.
Sales and quotation management
One of the big advantages of Bitrix24 is the fluidity between sales stages. A prospect becomes an opportunity in the pipeline, then turns into a quote or order in just a few clicks. Everything is linked directly to the contact form, which reduces double entries and loss of information.
Quotations and invoices are generated from within the tool, with customizable templates, VAT, discounts and commercial conditions. The interface is modern and clear, enabling a small team to manage its commercial documents without having to multiply software. The integration of electronic signature and online payment modules further reinforces this all-in-one logic.
On the management side, Bitrix24 offers much more than just a few standard indicators. There are dashboards on opportunity value, conversion rates and sales cycle times, as well as more advanced modules: sales funnel, employee performance monitoring, call and conversation analytics and Sales Intelligence.
The tool also includes an analytical BI module for cross-referencing and refining data.

Marketing
The marketing module lets you launch email and SMS campaigns directly from Bitrix24, with CRM-based targeting, message editor and performance tracking.
The logic remains pragmatic. Segments are built according to CRM attributes, recent activity and sales status. Reports cover the fundamentals: openings, clicks, unsubscriptions, with a view by campaign and by segment. For very detailed multi-stage scenarios, we quickly reach the limits of a general-purpose tool, but we gain a great deal in terms of ease of use.
Another useful feature is advertising connections and basic conversion tracking. Without replacing a CDP or a dedicated marketing orchestrator, Bitrix24 provides a clean base for testing messages, feeding the pipe and growing the base within a controlled framework.
Salesdorado’s opinionVeryeffective for reasonable campaigns and a team that wants to move fast without multiplying tools. If you’re aiming for advanced marketing automation, with advanced behavioral scoring and large-scale testing, keep Bitrix24 as your CRM base and plug in a specialist as needed.
The omnichannel contact center
Bitrix24 centralizes customer exchanges in one place: VoIP telephony, email, live chat, WhatsApp and social networks arrive in a unified box, with routing by queue, prioritization rules and assignment to the right agents. Each interaction is automatically filed in the CRM contact record. This is one of Bitrix24’s strong points.
For front-line teams, the benefits are immediate. They respond from the same interface, see the complete history and trigger a task, opportunity or ticket as required. Supervisors have access to operational indicators to monitor workload, response time and satisfaction.
Telephony integrates neatly with call recording, local numbers and simple scenarios. For more advanced requirements, such as complex call centers, advanced IVR and real-time analytics, we can rely on marketplace integrations to extend the scope without disrupting service continuity.
Salesdorado’s opinionThecontact center does the job for an SME that wants to consolidate channels and maintain traceability. The value comes from proximity to the CRM, with less copying and pasting and less loss of information. If your core business is large-scale support, you’ll need a specialized brick to complement it.
Collaboration and teamwork
Bitrix24 is not limited to business functions. The tool embeds an entire internal collaboration layer that aims to replace or consolidate bricks like Slack, Teams or Google Drive. The central activity stream enables announcements to be broadcast, documents to be shared and live comments to be made, all with the logic of a corporate social network.
There’s integrated chat, audio and video calling, and the ability to organize videoconferences with dozens of participants. The shared calendar makes it easy to plan meetings and projects, and task assignment keeps a clear track of progress. The internal drive completes the package, with folder storage, a search engine and document co-editing.
Project management is pretty solid, with Kanban, Gantt and time tracking. Each project can embed its own discussions, files and tasks, which avoids dispersion. Teams that previously used several different tools (Slack for chat, Trello for projects, Google Drive for documents) often appreciate having everything in one place.
Salesdorado’s opinionBitrix24‘s collaborative brick is complete and coherent, but remains generalist. For an SME looking to centralize and gain visibility, it’s highly effective. Companies already equipped with specialized tools will find it particularly useful if they want to reduce the number of software applications they use on a daily basis.

E-commerce and site creation
We’ve seen a lot, but that’s not all! Bitrix24 also offers a drag-and-drop website and online store builder. It’s designed to quickly create showcase pages, capture forms, landing pages or a complete store linked to the CRM. The templates are modern, adaptive and easy to customize without any particular technical skills.
Online stores manage product catalogs, shopping carts and orders, with integration of online payment solutions. Sales are automatically linked to the CRM for end-to-end customer relationship management, from site visit to post-purchase follow-up. An interesting approach for small businesses looking for an e-commerce base without having to multiply the number of service providers.
Of course, we’re still talking about an integrated tool, which doesn’t rival Shopify or WooCommerce in terms of ecosystem and depth, but for a small or medium-sized business wanting to launch a simple store or conversion pages connected directly to the CRM, it’s a practical and coherent brick in Bitrix24’s “all-in-one” logic.
In the opinion of SalesdoradoBitrix24‘s e-commerce and website module is a good complement for those who want to centralize their operations. It won’t replace a dedicated e-commerce solution for high volumes or complex needs, but for basic or intermediate use, direct integration with CRM really makes sense.
Customer service and support
Bitrix24 provides a fairly rich knowledge base, with tutorials, videos and an active user community. That’s enough to answer most common questions, especially about standard features. The higher plans give access to support by ticket and, in some cases, by telephone.
In practice, feedback has been mixed. Small teams are often left to deal with documentation on their own, and response times can vary. For more ambitious deployments, the publisher relies heavily on its network of certified partners. These partners are responsible for implementation, advanced configuration and sometimes even user training.
This approach makes it possible to rely on local experts, but also adds a cost that needs to be anticipated. Without structured support, it’s easy to miss out on the tool’s potential, since it covers so many different bricks, as we’ve seen. An SME that wants to move fast will need to set aside a budget and time to frame the project.
Salesdorado’s opinionBitrix24support is suitable for getting started and managing day-to-day operations, but for serious deployment, you need a certified partner (there are 7 in France). This is an additional cost that needs to be anticipated.
Integrations and marketplaces
Bitrix24’s marketplace features over 600 applications. There are connectors to telephony solutions, ERP, accounting tools, CMS like WordPress and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce. The REST API also enables further custom integration.
It’s a broad but heterogeneous offering. Some integrations are maintained directly by Bitrix24, others by external partners, creating varying levels of quality. Basic functionalities are well covered, but more specific use cases sometimes require the use of paid third-party apps.
For an SME, the ecosystem is generally sufficient. If you’re a large organization, on the other hand, you need to check that critical integrations are available and up to date. The marketplace remains a real asset, but you need to sort out what is native, what is reliable and what will require regular maintenance…
Rates and value for money
Bitrix24 works on a fixed-tier pricing model, which is a change from traditional “per-seat” billing. In concrete terms, you pay a single amount for a defined number of users.
Plan | Rate (annual) | Users included | Storage | Ideal for |
---|---|---|---|---|
Free | 0 € | Unlimited | 5 GB | Discover the tool free of charge and test its basic functions |
Basic | 49 €/month | 5 | 24 GB | Small teams who want to centralize CRM, tasks and online store |
Standard | 99 €/month | 50 | 100 GB | Growing SMEs that want to activate CRM + marketing + HR |
Professional | 199 €/month | 100 | 1 TB | Companies looking to automate and manage with Sales Intelligence |
Enterprise | From €399/month | 250 à 10 000 | Up to several TB | Large structures with security, high availability and SLA requirements |
This pricing model makes the tool particularly attractive for medium-sized to large teams, as the cost per user drops rapidly. The free plan is already complete, and from 20-30 users upwards, the Standard or Professional plan becomes very competitive when compared with the combination of several specialized SaaS products. In our opinion, Bitrix24’s main strength is its unbeatable price/performance ratio.
Verdict Salesdorado
We recommend Bitrix24 if you’re looking for a solution capable of centralizing CRM, collaboration, projects and communication in a single tool. SMEs and SMBs who want to reduce the number of separate subscriptions and benefit from a competitive price/performance ratio will find real value in this solution.
Bitrix24 should be avoided if you’re looking for an ultra-specialized CRM with cutting-edge functionalities in a specific field (advanced marketing automation, financial analytics, large-scale contact center). In these cases, a dedicated solution will always be more appropriate, even if it means connecting it to the rest of your stack.
