Zeliq offers a simple promise: stop juggling your database, your data enrichment tool, your sequencing tool, and your dialer. Everything is in a single platform, from prospect discovery to the first appointment.
On paper, this is exactly what a sales team tired of racking up subscriptions dreams of.
But does data enrichment through 40 providers really deliver on its promise of accuracy? Can Zeliq replace Apollo for lead generation in France? What do the 750 credits in the Starter plan actually entail? How much does Zeliq cost?

Our Review of Zeliq at a Glance
| Perimeter | Score | Our opinion |
|---|---|---|
| Overall rating | 4,1 | Zeliq combines lead generation, lead nurturing, and workflows into a platform of rare simplicity. It’s an excellent option for French sales teams that sell via email and phone, with one caveat: there’s a real lack of clarity regarding CRMs other than HubSpot. |
| Ease of use | 4,7 | This is the key strength highlighted by users, and we were able to experience it firsthand while testing the tool. The interface is simple, clean, efficient, and feature-rich all at once. A junior SDR can be up and running the very same day, without a week-long onboarding process. |
| Data quality | 4,2 | European mobile numbers are a real strength, often outperforming Kaspr or Lusha. The waterfall of 40 providers effectively maximizes coverage, but it inflates the fill rate more than it ensures accuracy. |
| Sequences and Commitment | 3,8 | Email sequences and call tasks work well. Zeliq supports multi-channel communication: email, text messages, LinkedIn, and phone calls. |
| Quality-price ratio | 4,0 | Credits never expire and can be shared among team members, which is a plus. But the Starter plan is quickly maxed out on mobile devices, and there’s a huge price gap before you get to the Custom plan and its minimum of 3 licenses. |
| CRM integrations | 3,7 | Full two-way synchronization with HubSpot. Salesforce and Pipedrive are supported but much less well-documented, which undermines the all-in-one promise outside the HubSpot ecosystem. |
Zeliq offers a free plan and a 14-day trial of the Starter plan — no credit card required — with 50 credits to test data enrichment on your own leads. This gives you a chance to assess the quality of the data before committing.
What exactly is Zeliq?
Zeliq is a B2B lead generation platform founded in early 2023 in Paris. Behind the project is a name well known in the French tech scene: Dorian Ciavarella, who founded and then sold Hivency — a platform with 100 influencers — to Skeepers in 2021. He has brought on board Guillaume Cruz, Hivency’s former CFO, and Victor Lennel, formerly of Pumpkin, as CTO.
What followed was a textbook example of fundraising. Five million euros were raised in fifteen days based on a simple pitch, even before the product existed. Then came a funding round of about $10 million led by Exor Ventures, the Agnelli family’s holding company — which already holds stakes in Qonto and Alan — bringing the total raised in one year to over $15 million. The stated ambition isn’t to become a “unicorn” but a “centaur”: $100 million in annual revenue. Today, the company claims more than 15,000 sales professionals as users, with clients such as Join, Eurécia, AssessFirst, 5àSec, and Astek.

Unlike other companies that have recently been acquired by larger firms, Zeliq remains independent, backed by its investors. Its target market is B2B companies with 10 to 500 employees, with a focus on the United States and English as the internal working language.
The product is organized around four components that cover the entire lead generation cycle:
- Find prospects in a database claimed to contain over 450 million contacts, using filters that go beyond job title and industry (companies currently hiring, recent fundraising, workforce growth).
- Enrich email addresses and phone numbers using a cascading system that queries more than 40 providers.
- Engage customers through multichannel sequences that combine email, phone calls, and LinkedIn activities, using a dialer connected to Aircall and Ringover.
- Manage the team’s activities, including lead distribution, lead scoring, and the manager’s dashboard.
Starting in 2026, Zelia — an AI agent currently in beta — has been added, and a shift is underway toward what Zeliq calls the “Agentic Revenue Workspace.” We’ll come back to this later.
Expanding to 40 suppliers: a compelling argument — but one that requires some qualification
This is the heart of the system and Zeliq’s main selling point. While most tools rely on one or two data sources, Zeliq sequentially queries more than 40 providers: if the first one doesn’t find the email or mobile number, the second takes over, then the third, and so on. The business model is appealing — you only pay for the data that’s actually found. Claimed results: 80% valid email addresses and 60% valid cell phone numbers.

In practice, the coverage is really good, especially for European data. French cell phone numbers are a strong point of the tool, which often outperforms specialists like Kaspr or Lusha in this specific area. If you’re making cold calls in France, that’s a big selling point.
But it’s important to understand what “40 providers” means so as not to confuse coverage with accuracy. Piling up sources maximizes the completion rate: you’ll get data for almost every contact. That doesn’t guarantee that the data is accurate. Data providers have varying levels of data freshness, and a model that only charges for data found structurally incentivizes the system to find something rather than nothing. The right metric, therefore, is not the number of filled-in fields, but your email bounce rate and the number of invalid numbers after a live campaign.

Don’t be fooled by the “40+ suppliers” claim. More sources mean more coverage, not necessarily better quality. A tip: Use the 50 trial credits to enrich a sample of contacts you already know, then check the actual accuracy of the numbers and the bounce rate. That’s the only test that matters, and it applies to Zeliq just as much as it does to any other B2B data enrichment tool.
Find, Hire, Manage: The All-in-One Solution
The value of Zeliq is that it doesn’t stop at the data. Once your prospects have been identified and profiled, everything happens in one place.

The search engine provides access to a large database with advanced filters that partially replace Sales Navigator: company size and workforce growth, companies currently hiring, recent funding rounds, and how long a contact has been in their current role. This allows you to build targeted lists without leaving the platform, then enrich them in bulk via the Enrichment Hub, which processes up to 10,000 contacts at once from a CSV file or your CRM.

Engagement then takes place through multichannel sequences that combine automated emails, call tasks, and LinkedIn actions.

The dialer is natively integrated with Aircall and Ringover, allowing users to make calls directly from the tool without having to switch between apps. On the management side, the team workspace automatically distributes leads among sales reps, applies lead scoring, and reports performance metrics to a manager’s dashboard.

The time savings are real once the system is up and running. One customer estimates the savings at one and a half full-time positions for three users. Our test confirms this figure for a team that switches from the traditional stack of a data tool, an enricher, a sequencer, and a dialer to a single subscription.

Zelia and the AI Agent: A Promising Direction, but Not Yet a Finished Product
Like the entire sales prospecting ecosystem today, Zeliq relies on AI. Its solution is called Zelia, a co-pilot designed to act as a sales representative: it identifies accounts that match your ICP and intent signals, prepares your meetings, cleans up your pipeline by flagging aging leads, and suggests the next steps to take.

Philosophy is reassuring in one respect: you remain in control. Every significant action requires your approval; Zelia makes suggestions but doesn’t make decisions, and the AI features can be disabled at any time. This is the right level of caution for a tool that affects your sales pipeline and your image with prospects.
Zelia is still in beta, accessible via a waitlist, free during this phase, and will be billed in credits after the official launch, though the cost has not yet been announced. This is a credible product direction, aligned with Zeliq’s repositioning as an “Agentic Revenue Workspace,” but it’s not a reason to make a purchase decision today. Keep a close eye on it, but don’t buy it blindly.
Zeliq Offers & Pricing
Zeliq offers three plans, but the real issue isn’t the monthly price — it’s how the credits work.
| Plan | Pricing (monthly billing) | Key Takeaways |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | €0 | 100 imports per month from the engine, basic filters, 2 active sequences via email only. Customizable enrichment via top-ups. A true discovery plan. |
| Starter | 59 € per user per month | 750 credits per month, unlimited imports, advanced filters, unlimited multichannel sequences, HubSpot integration. The go-to plan for a solo sales rep. |
| Custom | Starting at €1,500 per user per year | Minimum of 3 licenses, 24,000 credits per year per user, unlimited emails, dedicated Account Manager, dashboard manager, and increased API limits. |
Annual billing reduces prices by 20%, bringing the Starter plan down to around €47 per month.
But the truly defining factor is the conversion of credits:
- A verified email address costs 1 credit.
- A cell phone number costs 10.
- A DISC personality profile costs 5 credits.
The 750 credits in the Starter plan equate to 750 emails or just 75 cell phone numbers. For a team that relies on cold calling, the credit balance runs out very quickly, and you’ll need to top it off: expect to pay €29 for 500 additional credits, up to €109 for 2,500 credits — which works out to about €0.40 per cell phone number.
Three pieces of good news make up for it (and they’re rare in this market):
- Credits never expire.
- They are automatically carried over from one month to the next.
- They share these responsibilities within the team.
Simply put, you never lose what you’ve paid.
: Two pitfalls to be aware of before signing up. First, think in terms of mobile numbers, not credits: if you make a lot of calls, the Starter plan with 750 credits is equivalent to 75 enhanced calls — top up accordingly. Second, the jump from the Starter plan (about 700 € per year for a single user) to the Custom plan (a minimum of 4,500 € per year with its required three seats) is steep. A team of two people finds itself without a natural fit, stuck between the two.
Key Takeaway: Zeliq is a tool designed for HubSpot
Zeliq’s showcase lists three CRM integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. But when you look at the plan details, only one full two-way synchronization is actually documented — that of HubSpot: two-way synchronization of leads, companies, email activities, and calls.
HubSpot is also the only CRM integration mentioned in Zeliq’s FAQ and the only one listed in the website’s footer. Salesforce and Pipedrive therefore appear to rely on lighter-weight connectors or the API. This is significant: the all-in-one promise only holds true if your CRM syncs seamlessly.
If your team uses HubSpot, Zeliq is clearly designed for you, and the experience will be seamless. If you use Salesforce or Pipedrive, be sure to check the actual scope of synchronization during a demo before committing.
Zeliq or Apollo: The Real Match
Zeliq is up against three categories of competitors at once: data providers such as Kaspr, Lusha, and Cognism; sequence platforms such as lemlist and Waalaxy; and French targeting specialists such as Pharow. But its true rival — the one that offers the same all-in-one solution — is Apollo.
| Criterion | Zeliq | Apollo |
|---|---|---|
| Ideal for | French and European sales teams | Teams that focus primarily on prospecting in the United States |
| Data | Strong in Europe, high-quality French mobile services | Huge user base but US-focused; average data usage in France |
| Interface | Minimalist, easy to use right away | Very feature-rich but dense and cluttered |
| Price | €59/month, free trial | Free plan, then rates are often lower for the same data allowance |
| GDPR Compliance | Commitment to a European Focus | U.S.-based company; analysis required |
In summary:
- When it comes to tapping into the French and European markets, Zeliq has the edge: superior local data, an interface that a sales rep can master in a single day, and a GDPR compliance stance that inspires confidence.
- To take on North America, Apollo stays one step ahead thanks to its database.
And if you need precise targeting based on French legal data, Pharow remains more accurate in this area, but it lacks Zeliq’s integrated multichannel execution. To each its own.
What we like (and don’t like)
- Exceptional ease of use: this is the feature most frequently cited by users. A sales representative can be up and running the very same day, without a multi-day onboarding process. This is very rare for such a comprehensive tool.
- Truly reliable European data: French cell phone numbers often rank higher than those from specialists like Kaspr or Lusha. This is a strong argument in favor of cold calling in France.
- The all-in-one solution that delivers on its promises for email and phone: lead generation, lead nurturing, sequences, and a dialer — all in one place — with real time savings to boot.
- Credits that never expire, can be carried over, and can be shared within a team. An honest policy in a market that rarely is.
- Responsive customer support, which is regularly praised by users (we haven’t tested it ourselves).
- A clear commitment to GDPR compliance, backed by a documented compliance hub — a strong selling point when dealing with U.S. companies.
- The waterfall model with 40 suppliers increases coverage more than accuracy: many fields are filled in, but you’ll have to check the accuracy yourself.
- A Starter plan that runs out quickly on cell phones: 750 credits, or just 75 numbers. The cost goes up with each top-up.
- There’s a huge price gap between the Starter and Custom plans, with the latter requiring a minimum of three licenses. Not an option for a two-person team.
- Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations are unclear: only the HubSpot synchronization is fully documented.
- Less comprehensive data coverage outside Europe: When it comes to prospecting in the United States, Apollo remains in the lead.
Our verdict: Who is Zeliq designed for?
Zeliq is right for you if:
- You lead a French or European sales team of 1 to about 15 people
- Your prospecting relies primarily on email and the phone
- Your CRM is HubSpot (synchronization with it is complete and seamless)
- Do you want to replace the database, enricher, sequencer, and dialer stack with a single subscription?
- The quality of French cell phone numbers is a key factor for you
Skip it if :
- You focus your prospecting efforts primarily on the United States (Apollo has a deeper customer base)
- LinkedIn is your main channel (Waalaxy or La Growth Machine are more reliable)
- You need detailed targeting based on French legal data (Pharow is more precise)
- You’re a team of two, stuck between the Starter and the Custom
- You are a major client that requires strong contractual guarantees regarding data
Final rating: 4.1/5. Zeliq is currently one of the best all-in-one lead generation platforms for French sales teams that sell via email and phone. It’s remarkably easy to use, the European data is robust, and the consolidation of tools saves real time. The caveats are clear: a data enrichment workflow that needs to be tested rather than taken at face value, and an “all-in-one” promise that requires HubSpot to be fully realized. The free plan and the trial that doesn’t require a credit card make testing it a low-risk proposition: take advantage of this to verify the quality of the data on your own target audiences.
Zeliq offers a free plan and a 14-day trial of the Starter plan — no credit card required — with 50 credits so you can test content enrichment in real-world conditions. The credits never expire, and you’ll automatically switch to the free plan at the end of the trial.
