Efficy allows you to keep your contacts’ information securely, including addresses, contacts, relationship history, prospecting and loyalty actions, orders and complaints.

Efficy’s CRM allows you to track all your customer/prospect actions, regardless of the channel (email, call, mail…). This allows for greater coordination between departments and better follow-up for your customers. The same goes for interaction sheets, ideal for giving context to sales teams or settling certain disputes.

Efficy CRM offers web forms and the possibility to manage contact forms directly linked to the tool. This avoids the need to integrate the CRM with your website, which can be very technical and complex.

These web forms also show you the marketing origin of your contacts. Their marketing footprint is passed on to all CRM processes, allowing you to calculate ROI automatically.

You can also create personalised landing pages and integrate dynamic forms on your sites. Visitors enter information and are then no longer anonymous. This is the beginning of your progressive profiling.

Segmentation

For an efficient segmentation, you will have to take into account qualitative criteria (activity, status, geographical area…), behavioural criteria (current opportunities, need for customer service…) and temporal criteria (birthday, today minus 5 days…). CRM allows you to define contextual values.

Marketing automation

Inspired by the best marketing automation tools, Efficy allows you to automate your campaigns according to the customer’s actions: if they place an order or call customer service, for example, they will receive a response accordingly. These kinds of functions show that Efficy is more than a CRM. The tool becomes a real Swiss army knife and you quickly realise that the price you pay is very low considering the possibilities the tool offers. Reporting on Efficy CRM

As for the KPIs, you can cross-reference your information from the tool to summarise your results. The generated data can then be exported in Excel or Powerpoint format, ideal for a presentation.

Your reports are available as a dashboard, PDF for email or Excel spreadsheet. You can configure your level of confidentiality and access rights for users or teams. For example, you could restrict customer service access to processing requests only.

Users are autonomous and have tools adapted to their role (salesperson, consultant, marketer), they can then create complete graphs with filters, objectives and many other functions.

Once again, Efficy is well done. The tool is very complete and summarizes the results in an optimal way. The number of options available can be a bit confusing, but with a bit of practice you should be able to get your bearings without too much trouble.

Peak Me Up: the Efficy CRM mobile application

Peak Me Up gives you access to clear, shared objectives on a dashboard that is updated in real time. The sales manager can create and customise challenges, send private messages with delegates (and vice versa). This is followed by a ranking of delegates, based on their results.

The gamification of Peak me Up is reflected in the application’s playful ergonomics. However, this is not enough to call it a mobile game, we are talking about a professional solution.

The aim is to define certain actions that deserve to be rewarded (sales, demonstrations, product placements). From their smartphone or tablet (IOS and Android), the sales team can access each other’s results and set up challenges or manage objectives as a team.

Gamification has already proved its worth, it is an original way of stimulating your teams and encouraging them to surpass themselves in a playful setting.

Working with Efficy also allows you to link the CRM to the Office suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook), thanks to a dedicated plug-in.

As Efficy is a French solution, communication with customer service or technical support is seamless. The knowledge centre is also very rich in information and you can also access a self-help forum.
